- Boot Camp: This comprehensive program combines cardio, strength, and endurance workouts driving you towards your fitness goals. Regardless of your fitness level, our program provides customized challenges to support you at all levels.
- Aerial Silks: Aerial Silks is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, aerial inspired dance and fitness used either partially or fully suspended from silks. This fitness program is for all fitness levels; every exercise can be modified to suit your abilities. challenge, stay for the fun, and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired.
