TDSB's top student plans to attend U of T Scarborough

Toronto District School Board’s top student this year looks forward to attending Ƶ Scarborough in the fall.
Jessica Chan graduated from Dr. Norman Bethune Collegiate Institute with an average of 99.7 per cent, according to a story on TDSB's top students in the Toronto Star.
She plans to study psychological and health sciences.
“I'm really happy about the program I ended up choosing, and I think I can do a lot more good for other people there,” she said to the Star.
