鈥淭he amorphous point-cloud geometry and sound of 鈥楽piritvs Ex Machina鈥 is an allusion to disembodiment and to the idea of ether more generally,鈥 Cantrell said, 鈥渂ut also to the specters and myths that fill the gap between phenomena that lie outside the threshold of our senses and our eventual understanding of mechanisms and causalities that underlie them.鈥

His work will be on display on the lower level of the gallery. Another exhibit, 鈥淴X: The Work of Maurice Minor and Phillipe Pirrip,鈥 will be displayed in the gallery鈥檚 upper level.

The APSU Downtown Gallery is located at 116 Strawberry Alley in downtown Clarksville. It is dedicated to exhibiting the work of APSU faculty and alumni.
