APSU history professor, music department part of local Veterans Day program
A well-known Austin Peay State University history faculty member and members of the APSU Department of Music will be a part of a special celebration to honor military veterans.
Dr. Dewey Browder, chair and professor of history and philosophy, will be the guest speaker at a Veterans Day celebration on Saturday, Nov. 10 at the Customs House Museum on South Second Street in Clarksville. APSU’s music department will perform a patriotic tribute.

The event, sponsored by the Kiwanis Service and Sacrifice Committee and Customs House Museum, will begin at 11:30 a.m. with refreshments. The Veterans Day program will start at 1 p.m.
