鈥淲e are committed to offering every opportunity that we can to help our students succeed and progress toward graduation,鈥 said Dr. Tristan Denley, provost and vice president of academic affairs at APSU. 鈥淲e are really excited about being able to offer this new semester and the new facet of flexibility that it will provide.鈥
During Winter Term, students will have access to campus resources, including D2L support.
Current APSU students can register for Winter Term at the same time they register for spring classes, which is Nov. 14-25. They also may use spring semester financial aid to cover the cost of a course in Winter Term.
Because the term will coincide with the University鈥檚 holiday year-end break, no class activity will occur on Dec. 24, 25 and 31, or on Jan. 1. The Winter Term overlaps Spring I and Spring 2012 terms by two weeks.
