APSU celebrates National Financial Aid Awareness Month

In honor of National Financial Aid Awareness Month, the Office of Student Financial Aid and Veterans Affairs is hosting a month-long Financial Aid Awareness Fair.

Students will have many opportunities to learn more about financial aid, as well as meet representatives from Bank of America, EdFinancial, Sallie Mae, Suntrust, US Bank and USA Funds. Staff from the Financial Aid Office also will be available to assist with any financial aid concerns.

The events will include a Financial Aid Open House from 1-4:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 14, in Ellington 216 and a Financial Aid Awareness event at the same time at the APSU Center @ Fort Campbell.

There also will be a Financial Aid Awareness Fair, with lenders and financial aid representatives available, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Feb. 22-23, in the second-floor lobby of the Morgan University Center.

The fair will be followed by a 鈥淒ebt Management and Loan Repayment鈥 workshop from noon-2 p.m., Feb. 22-23, in UC 205. The workshop will be hosted by Sallie Mae and USA Funds,
