鈥淲e still are working to get off the start line fast,鈥 said Head Coach Doug Molnar. 鈥淢y goal is for our runners to have a quick first mile. Today, they got there in about seven minutes, but we need to get out harder. I'm pleased with the progress Deanna (Hensley) has made. She had another personal best, the straight second meet she's shaved 30 seconds off her time.鈥
The women's team rejoins the men's squad next weekend at the Skyhawk Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 9, hosted by Tennessee-Martin.
