1ST in Schmidt Lecture Series slated for Friday; gifts accepted for hurricane victims
APSU music faculty and students present the first of the Dr. Aaron Schmidt Lecture Series at 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 16, in the concert hall of the music/mass communication building.Dr. Stanley Yates, professor of music, will present An Overview of the Guitar from Renaissance to Modern Day.
A gift of canned food or clothing is requested from attendees of the event, which is sponsored by Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. The donations will go to victims of Hurricane Katrina.
