Susan Wallace, editorial assistant for “Zone 3 Magazine,” says, “This event has been held for the past 10 years to help feed the hungry in our community. Members of the languages and literature department and friends prepare pots of soup and loaves of bread for the benefit.”

The cost of admission is a $5 donation. “About 100 people generally attend the event, and we've raised about $600, all of which goes to the Loaves and Fishes soup kitchen and food pantry in Clarksville,” says Wallace.

Music will be provided by Chuck Emery and Jeremy Crouse. For more information, telephone Wallace at (931) 221-7031.Crissy Laubach-Young
